Spring CLAS Faculty Mentor Program Launch and Student Engagement Conversation (optional)

Thursday, January 19th                                 

2:30 - 4:00, Kansas Room, Kansas Union

Discussion with Sarah Kirk, Director of KU Psychological Clinic on student engagement

Review semester program, receive your student's information packet and address questions

If you cannot attend we will hand deliver your student packet to your office the next day

First Mentor/Mentee Meeting

January 23rd – February 14th

Contact your student mentee and schedule your first meeting

Connect, Listen and help with semester goal(s)

Faculty Mentor Collaboration Meeting: Student Finances (optional)

Wednesday, February 15th                                       

3:00 - 4:00, Kansas Room, Kansas Union

Touch base with fellow faculty mentors mid-semester

Second Mentor/Mentee Meeting

March 7th – April 11th 

Schedule a meeting mid-semester to check in on semester goals progress and discuss strategies

End of Semester Reception for Mentors/Mentees (optional)
