KU Undergraduates Submit Manuscript
Last Friday, Drs. Hotze and Ferreira along with 10 students and a GTA from the Spring ‘24 BIOL507 Bacterial Infectious Diseases Lab, “Hit the Submit” button on their manuscript based on work from the #K-INBRE funded Course-based Undergraduate Research Experience (#CURE) project MicrobioME: A CURE for Staphylococcus aureus.
Their research showed how beneficial skin bacteria can suppress harmful ones—impactful science from classroom! Well done to the entire team for turning lab work into published work!
